I can't say enough about this program!  It helps you hire people that will fit your Center. The applicants WANT to be in your Centers, and using the assessment tool you find out very quickly who has the qualities you are looking for. We finally decided that because of the special qualities needed to be an effective 9-1-1 dispatcher, the agency requires a job-specific, pre-employment assessment to aid in hiring the right person for the job.  Prior to using Select Advantage, employees were terminated for failure to successfully complete the training program. We’ve been using Select Advantage’s services since February of 2006 and there is a night and day difference in our retention since we implemented their assessment. It is also very cost effective and affordable for our agency.
