All of our assessments are reasonably priced and are billed on a per test basis.  In addition to this, we offer complimentary interview guides, performance evaluations, and all the support you need to make your hiring or promotional process as smooth as possible!  We still believe in old-fashioned customer service, and it is this approach which enables us to earn the loyalty of our clients.  

Some of our larger clients choose to enter into a license agreement, which gives them access to unlimited testing for the life of the agreement (typically one year).  Select Advantage does not require a contract for us to do business with you, but if your organization requires a contract we are happy to oblige.  We also offer the option of pre-purchasing a block of tests.  We strive to be flexible and work with our clients to meet their needs.

Select Advantage offers all of our assessments online, and we also offer a “paper and pencil” option with booklets for those who would prefer it.  Our clients may choose to use either option, or a combination of both.  All of our clients are given access to our online scoring center, which gives them the ability to pull up reports and individual scores.

With the exception of the license agreement, we bill all tests at the end of the month.  New clients are charged a one-time, reasonable start up fee.  You can determine which payment method works best for you:  ACH, check, or credit card (Visa or Master Card).
